It has a 1.3-megapixel native resolution, but can capture up to 5-megapixel stills through hardware interpolation. In addition to snapping still photos, this camera can capture video clips in up to VGA resolution (640 x 480 pixels).

The rugged, patented housing design features dual O-ring design, Cam-Lock sealing system, and a shock absorbent liner. You get full access to function buttons on the exterior, and it's small enough to fit into a shirt pocket. It offers a 16 MB built-in memory--enough to capture up to 90 still photos at the lowest setting for several minutes of video. You can also expand the camera's memory using optional microSD memory cards up to 2 GB in size. Other features include a 10-second self timer, auto shut-off when camera is idle for 60 seconds, and a handstrap.
